  He arrived early after a very busy day. He immediatley put me at ease. Diagnosed the problem , didnt take a short intake of breath, told me what was needed, and said he would fix it when the part came available ASAP. Totally up front. Very refreshing. Will write again when the job is complete.

  Anchor Staying Put were brilliant when it came to having to have modifications made to our bungalow. I have a degenerative condition and they advised against what we were planning to have done and made suggestions that would make our home more "user friendly" in the long term. They got all the quotes, oversaw the project and I wasnt to part with a penny until they had inspected and passed all the work done. If I ever have need again I wouldnt hesitate to contact them.

  I visited the shop for the first time yesterday. I have 2 mobile contracts with orange and my internet. My son wanted to upgrade his phone as he was due an upgrade. We spoke to a nice man first who gather all the details on the system and confirmed that we were due to upgrade. He then asked us to go to the main desk for the order to be completed by another man. This man was very abrupt and in front of several other customers asked me if I had not paid my bill as he could not get into my account. My account was up to date as its paid direct debit. He then told me I had a joined up account with an ipad and would after wait for an upgrade. I advised him that I did not have an ipad contact with orange. He again stated that that I had a joined up account and kept repeating this over and over again. I said "this is out of order I only want to upgrade my phone " He then started shouting at me stating "what do you mean its out of order what do you mean" I was very angry and humiliated at this point and stated "I am going to cancel the contract as I am not putting up with this" His rely was "no probs". I have never been treated like this before and cannot understand how someone with so little customer service skills is working in a shop. We asked his name as I advised him that I was making a complaint. He replied "all you need to know is that I am the store manager". So unprofessional. I came home and rang orange/ee and spoke to a nice man named David who apologised and ordered the phone for me.
